This water aquifer workshop explores how clean water is harvested and used.

The workshop uses the water systems at Earthship Brighton as an example.

Our personal impact, responsibility and solutions we can provide will be underlined throughout.

The workshop compliments the Water systems workshop and can be combined into a longer double workshop.

Water aquifer outline

This practical workshop explores how water aquifers work.

Using the example of Earthship Brighton, this section looks at modern water rainwater catchment and filtration.

After an interactive discussion about water, the participants make a model aquifer with sand, gravel and other materials.

The workshop finishes with a discussion about what we can do to save water.
