- June 2008 The Low Carbon Trust start Eco Open Houses, in collaboration with Brighton & Hove City Council and Brighton Permaculture Trust, one of the first eco open-door events in the UK, attracting 2,500 visitors
- June 2009 The Low Carbon Trust launch the ‘Self-building an Earthship’ course', the only one of its kind in the world
- Spring 2010 The Low Carbon Trust launch two further green building courses at the Earthship Brighton, ‘Introduction to Photovoltaics’ and ‘Building with Rammed Earth and Chalk’
- June 2010 Earthship Brighton is awarded The Argus Eco Award for Greenest Building in Sussex
- April 2011 The Low Carbon Trust launches a ‘Building with Strawbales’ course at Brighton Earthship
- November 2011 Earthship Brighton receives its 15,000th visitor
- February 2012 ‘Earthships in Europe’ by IHS BRE Press is published. The book charts the building of the first Earthships in Europe.
- September 2013 20,000 visitors have been to visit Earthship Brighton.
